What are we looking for?

 

Locogen are going through an exceptional growth phase given the pressing demand for renewable energy systems and we need an exceptional person to join our team to enable the continued success of company, promote the Locogen name and help us grow from strength to strength. 

 

We are looking for a new Site Acquisition Land Agent to support our Development team. The position is responsible for acquiring land on favourable terms for wind farm, solar and/or battery development and to maintain good working relationships with our landowners throughout the development process. To be considered, you must have a strong academic record, be detail oriented and passionate.

 

What are the main duties?

  • Site identification
  • Negotiate and draft land agreements
  • Lead on delivering land rights
  • Proactively identifying opportunities to widen the services and work supplied to all clients
